With over twenty-five years of experience, Sanjay Dwivedi, head chef and culinary director, has established himself as a creator of gastronomic concepts with a strong identity. His journey encompasses renowned fine dining, strategic international openings, and the development of global brands. His signature is based on three pillars: technical precision, cultural interpretation of taste, and the ability to craft coherent experiences beyond the plate.
This residency at the Champion Spirit Country Club follows this approach: offering more than just a dinner, structuring a memorable moment.
A Signature in Two Acts
On Friday, February 27th, a signature dinner, presented in two services, will kick off the residency at the Petit Jardin. A menu specifically designed for Champion Spirit, guided by technical precision, cultural memory, and a contemporary approach to taste.
On Saturday, February 28th, the experience continues with a Brunch starting at 12:00 PM, followed by a Beach Party in the late afternoon. The atmosphere evolves, the energy expands, but the commitment remains the same: offering a coherent, controlled, and distinctive moment.
A Limited Capacity Experience
This residency has been conceived with an intentionally intimate format. The aim is not demonstration, but the quality of presence: an animated table, fluid exchanges, and attention to detail.
