To celebrate International Yoga Day, our master of art, Ngawang, conducted an exclusive yoga class on the hotel's rooftop, preceded by a session discussing the 8 pillars of Yoga.
A moment of sharing appreciated by all, marking beautifully the arrival of summer.
AT THE ACADEMY
Because the virtues of Yoga can never be celebrated enough, we honored this discipline for the duration of a morning.
On Saturday, June 24th, participants discovered the benefits of yoga at the academy. The morning's agenda included a discussion by Ngawang accompanied by a snack from Ava Kitchen, followed by a small-group yoga class to fully benefit from our yogi's expertise. To close the morning, participants enjoyed brunch in the shade of the academy's pleasant terrace.
