Body Conditioning is a strengthening and cardio exercise that works the entire body. It combines aerobic and strength training exercises.
It enables a comprehensive workout of all muscle groups in the body, with a particular emphasis on the core area (abdominal belt, glutes, and lower back).
Each session enhances breathing, improves muscular endurance, and leads to an overall better physical condition.
