Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a term used to describe certain contact sports such as karate, Chinese boxing, K1, Muay Thai, or Full-Contact. What sets these combat sports apart from others is the combination of traditional boxing movements for punches and Kyokushinkai karate techniques for kicks. The Japanese kickboxing variants K1 and Muay Thai incorporate physical attacks using elbows and knees in addition to punches and kicks.
