Body Conditioning is a strength and cardio exercise that works the entire body. It combines aerobic and strength training exercises.
It allows for work on all the muscle chains of the body while emphasizing the central part of the latter (abdominal belt, glutes, and lumbar).
Each session brings an improvement in breathing, an increase in muscular endurance, and an overall better physical condition.
